Dear parents, we would like to thank everyone for being a part of Lunch Buddies. We are implementing new rules in order to run the lunch program more efficiently.

Monthly Orders:

All Monthly lunch orders will be reoccurring. Any one that orders Monthly will be charged the first of every month. If you do not wish to take part, you must call by the 28th of the previous month.  For example; We will run your credit card February 1st for the month of February. You must call by January 28th, if you do not wish to participate to avoid being charged.

Daily Orders:

There will be no more same day ordering, the Lunch Buddies’ website will shut down at 9 PM every night. You can also place your orders by Monday morning, please call 973-759-3509.

Extras:

NO CHILD WILL EVER GO HUNGRY. We get it, sometimes you forget! If you forget to order lunch we will provide lunch for  your child as long as you give the ok when we call you!

Declines and payments:

If your credit card gets declined we will leave you a message and give you 36 hours to get back to us.

Global congestion: 

We are doing the best we can to get the products needed for the lunch program. Unfortunately, with the current situation right now we are not always able to get certain side items such as gogurt, apple juice etc. However, we will always try to substitute it with something comparable. 

Credits: 

In the event, that there is no school due to the pandemic, snow day or an absence; you will receive  credit for the next month's lunch or it will be refunded to your credit card, whichever you choose. If your child is ABSENT you must call the store by 8am to receive a credit. We do understand that situations happen and mistakes do occur on both ends. If a mistake happens on our end, we will take full responsibility, address the situation and correct our mistake. Please give us a call, at 973- 759 -3509 and ask to speak with Tamara.

Pizza Day 🍕 Please be careful when ordering pizza. There is an option for one slice or two slices. We send the exact amount of slices ordered.
